What tech stack do you use for MVPs?
We default to proven, boring technology: Next.js or React on the frontend; Django or Node.js on the backend; Postgres for data; React Native for mobile; AWS or GCP for hosting; and Claude, OpenAI, or LangChain when AI is involved. We pick the stack that fits your product and your team's long-term hiring plan rather than our preference.
Can you add AI to a product we already have?
Yes, and that is most of the AI work we do. We add retrieval-augmented search, document processing, support agents, and workflow automation to existing codebases without rebuilding them. AI feature work typically runs 2 to 6 weeks on top of a live product, built on Claude, OpenAI, or an open model when your data cannot leave your own infrastructure.
Can you modernize an old system instead of replacing it?
Usually yes. We start by reading the existing codebase and infrastructure, then upgrade in stages: dependencies and framework versions first, then the slowest paths, then the parts blocking new features.
